Returns Policy

100% Return Policy on items that are not on Clearance or do not show signs of use. We do NOT cover return shipping unless the product was sent to you incorrectly or received with a defect.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is received back at the Harry Falk Company. The time it takes the credit card company is out of our control, but I would expect it is within 3-5 business days.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Unless there are extenuating circumstances; shipping is done within 24 hours of receiving your order during regular business hours.

Shipping is based on box size and weight of items. Currently offering FREE ground shipping on online orders over $99
